SunnyHills Apple Tart
The Beni apples, grown at the foot of Mount Iwaki in Aomori Prefecture, Japan, are from the Tsugaru Fuji variety, which is grown in a cool climate with little rainfall, and have a sweet and sour aroma.
Through joint development by teams from Taiwan and Japan, the slow-cooking process with sugar preserves the sweet and sour flavors of the fruit and the crispness of the fruit pieces perfectly within the deep red apple sauce.
Made with Japanese flour, French butter, and freshly kneaded dough from health-raised eggs®, this simple recipe contains no artificial additives.
A thin layer of frosting, with a touch of lemon for added flavor, creates a sweet yet refreshing aroma that gives apple desserts a completely new experience.
